AJAXWindow allows you to create shortcuts (desktop shortcuts or elsewhere) that launch your favorite web applications (rich internet applications, or "AJAX apps") in their own full-screen, dedicated window, like a real desktop application. That means that you can open Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Google Maps, and any other application just like you would open the real desktop equivalents, without losing all the space that toolbars, address bars, and tab bars take up. Try it for yourself!
